Our latest food hygiene and food standards inspection report is dated 4 May 2007 and is provided following on-site inspection by staff from Environmental Services of Glasgow City Council. A report of "generally satisfactory" was provided under all major headings: temperature control, contamination prevention, cleaning/cleanliness, personal hygiene, food hygiene training, stock control/food protection, pest control, and structure/maintenance/waste control. Recommendations were made on improving our documentation relating to staff training, to review of our own procedures manual, and to specific calibration of thermometer probes. These have subsequently been completed.
